£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Bristol.

Package for the Care Home Manager includes but is not limited to:

* £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

* Full time hours

* Opportunities for training and development

* Good CQC rated home

* The position is subject to future salary increases based on performance

Care Home Manager requirements:

* Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this

* Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Care is essential

* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management

* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
