Your Responsibilities
Ensuring that the needs of the customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organisation.
Managing and monitoring Key Account Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
Providing shipment specific updates where required and escalating all client issues to the management team.
Completing and sending client reports/KPIs/QBR and investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.
Understanding client tariffs and handle quotations/pricing requests/shipping queries.
Monitoring live bookings and customs invoice/shipping approvals.
Identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
Monitoring client profit and loss accounts to maintain agreed levels of profitability.
Your Skills And Experiences
Experience in logistics preferably in a customer focused role
Experience in Air and Road logistics is highly advantageous' and experience in Pharma is preferable
Good computer skills, Word/Excel/PowerPoint essential
Ability to work successfully under pressure and excellent time management skills
Great communication skills with strong self-motivation ability
