The Role

A QS in the business has retired and they're looking to replace him.

Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that developments are completed within budget.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate costing and financial planning.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, validate costs, and manage any variations to contracts.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices and terms.
Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards
