Job Title: Team Manager
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid Working)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £30-35k (DOE) per annum

This role offers hybrid working, allowing you to work both from their modern Edinburgh city office and the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of customer service adviser's.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to team members.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

* Experience in team management or leadership roles, preferably in a call centre or Omni-channel contact centre.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
