A school in Wythenshawe are seeking a dedicated individual to join the SEND provision. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant or a qualified teacher, confident in leading a small team and delivering high-quality provision to the school's most vulnerable children. The provision currently supports 11 children with a range of needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with the SENDCO and KS1 Lead, as well as the partner teacher in the Foundation Hub class, to plan and deliver lessons. The position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work between 3 and 5 days per week, with working days and hours to be agreed upon in alignment with the school's needs.

Although the role is advertised as fixed-term, there is the potential for it to become permanent in the future.

Following a successful Ofsted inspection, the school is looking for a candidate who is prepared to contribute to the ongoing journey of making the curriculum more meaningful and beneficial for both staff and pupils.
