Position: Locum Social Worker
Team: Children with Disabilities (CWD)
Location: Kingston & Richmond - Achieving for Children
Contract: Temporary / Locum
Salary: £37-38.50

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met.
Develop and implement care and support plans tailored to each child's specific needs.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals, including education, health, and specialist services.
Conduct statutory visits, assessments, and care planning reviews.
Support families and carers, ensuring they have access to appropriate services and support.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practice.Why Randstad?
