About the role of Site Manager:

Exciting Internal Site Manager opportunity in West London for a leading residential developer.

Working on a 400 unit, RC frame apartment scheme, overseeing the Internal fit out from 1st fix to handover.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

Understand internal elements, overseeing t1st fix to handover.
Helping to implement new procedures
Communication with sub contractors
Liaising with clients
Day to day support with running of site

Requirements for Site Manager:

Overseen the internals multiple times on residential projects.
Experience working on residential and housing projects.
Understanding of full internal build process.
