Conduct regular client account reviews.
Update project management systems with financial data.
Prepare project reports and payment applications, including sub-contract approvals.
Reconcile final accounts within two months of project completion.
Issue payment certificates.Communication:

Coordinate with managers and clients to review progress and resolve issues.
Attend site visits.Financial Oversight:

Manage the financial aspects of up to 60 projects.
Handle applications, certifications, variations, and cash collection.
Authorize purchase orders and approve subcontractor payments.Additional Duties:

Review project pricing and contracts.
