Accept Recruitment is excited to offer this opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics operation in Lutterworth. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our client’s team.

Required:

* Ability to repeatedly lift up to 15kg unassisted and handle heavier items with team support.

* Commitment to the fixed 4 on/4 off shift schedule.

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

* Previous experience in distribution or logistics is advantageous but not essential.

* Own transport due to location and shift pattern.

Daily duties:

* Loading and unloading

* Repeatedly lift items up to 20kg unassisted or via team lift for heavier items (up to 25kg).

* Work across various departments as required, showing flexibility and adaptability.

* Identify and suggest process improvements based on your daily experience.

* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers, maintaining high productivity levels.

* Complete tasks independently and as part of a team.

* Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

* Hours:

* 06:00 – 16:00- £ 12.36ph

* 14:00 – 00:00- £13.61ph

Or

* Monday – Friday 16:00 – 00:00 -£ 13.01ph
