Hard FM Manager

£55,000 - £60,000 + Car Lease OR Company Car Allowance + 27 Days Holiday + 8 BH
Your new company
* A largely recognised Facilities Management service provider, specialising in public sector.
Your new role
* You will be managing a team of 70 overall including, supervisors and engineers, with 7 direct reports (technical service managers)
* You will be responsible for delivering hard M&E services, driving team performance and productivity, delivering on SLA’s, manging compliance and planning work.
* Review all PPM and Reactive Works paperwork.
* Prepare and present MI reports for monthly KPI meetings.
* Key stakeholder management and delivery of high standards of client satisfaction.
* Have commercial awareness when compiling quotes and delivering works
* Attending site visits, building and maintaining client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in delivering high quality hard M&E services in a customer focused environment
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Robust technical background with a professional qualification and practical experience in a trade – Electrical, Mechanical, Gas or F-Gas
* Good working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
