I am working with a long-standing regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager, working on several projects: ranging from refurbishment, heritage, public sector and commercial works.

Responsibilities will include:

* Management of sub-contractors, labour and materials.

* On site Health & Safety, adhering to the clients’ regulations and policies.

* Reporting to the roving Contracts Manager, you may need to make some amendments to programming as the build progresses

* Create progress reports and stay in frequent communications with the Contracts Manager & the client’s representatives.

Candidate requirements:

* Must have SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work is essential

* Regional / general contracting experience is preferred as a Site Manager

* Diligent, hardworking and committed to the build.

* DBS clearance will be required

* A full driving license will be required due to the location of the sites
