Sales Administrator - Exciting Opportunity!

Sutton / Hybrid following training period

Up to £28,000pa

As a Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide support to the Sales team. You will liaise with customers, receive and process orders, and ensure timely delivery. With your excellent organisational and communication skills, you will excel in this role.

Here's an overview of your key responsibilities:

Liaise with customers on all enquiries
Receive orders via telephone and email
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare quotes in line with pricing guidelines
Ensure orders are delivered on time and proactively communicate any potential delays to customers
Provide support to the Sales team as needed
Investigate and resolve invoice queries, collaborating with the accounts department to ensure timely resolution
Take on other ad hoc duties as requiredTo be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous experience in a similar Sales/Administrative role
Excellent organisational skills to manage customer inquiries and orders effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
