This role is ideal for individuals who love working with young people and want to play a key role in shaping their academic success. Whether you're an aspiring teacher or simply enjoy fostering a positive learning environment, this is your chance to make a real difference!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher, ensuring students stay engaged and on task.
Providing guidance and support to pupils, helping them make the most of their learning.
Assisting in planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons.
️ Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, structured environment.
Supporting students in developing independence and essential life skills.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Available Monday to Friday.
✔️ Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
✔️ Proactive, enthusiastic, and patient with a caring nature.
✔️ Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
✔️ A fully checkable work history.
