Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 06:00-18:00

Pay Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience

Job Description: We are seeking a versatile and skilled Automotive Bodyshop All Rounder to join our client’s team in Corby. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for vehicles and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards before it leaves the bodyshop.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform light strip fit tasks.

* Prepare vehicles prior to painting, including sanding, filling, and masking.

* Paint vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a quality finish.

* Conduct polishing and finishing work to ensure vehicles look their best.

* Body repairs and quick fixes as needed.

* Work on a variety of vehicles, from small family cars to light commercial vehicles.

* Operate within a well-equipped, high-energy bodyshop, maintaining productivity and quality.

Experience & Qualifications:

* Must have your own air-fed mask and spray guns.

* Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in water-based paints.

* Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all work meets high standards.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop.

* Must hold a full driving licence.
