Job Duties-

* The sales manager is responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals. This includes providing guidance, support, and feedback to each team member.

* The sales manager sets clear goals for the sales department and estimates future vehicle sales.

* Training and mentoring sales staff to ensure they are up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

* Identify customer needs
