Job Title: Sub-Agent – Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW)
Location: North West, UK
Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Salary: £55,000 + Vehicle & Package

Job Summary:
The Sub-Agent supports the delivery of wastewater treatment projects, ensuring smooth site operations, compliance with safety standards, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
Enforce safety standards and environmental protection measures.
Conduct inductions and toolbox talks.

Planning and Coordination:
Assist in project scheduling and work planning.
Coordinate materials, labour, and equipment.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure work aligns with technical drawings and specifications.
Maintain site records and documentation.

Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Represent the company at site meetings.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience in site supervision within the wastewater or civil engineering sectors.

Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of construction standards and methodologies.
Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Certifications:
Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent.
