To join their vibrant team in September, the school is looking for a motivated and committed Secondary Science Teacher. Cover work is available prior to September as well. A solid foundation in scientific education working with KS3 and KS4 students, a dedication to supporting student learning and growth, and the capacity to design engaging and interactive learning experiences are the hallmarks of the ideal Qualified scientific teacher.

It is mandatory for all school employees to have their updated DBS registered with the updating service. If not, we can assist you by sending you a direct application link. If you have worked overseas for more than six months in the last five years, you must obtain an OSPC (Overseas Police Check). These will be required in every school setting as a safety precaution.

The successful Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key stages 3 and Key stages 4.
Experience in classroom management, lesson planning and preparation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and responsibilities.
