Job Description: Our client based in the Property sphere are looking for an organised and helpful person to join their team as an EA where you will be a key and pivotal part of the office based team.
Responsibilities:
* Emails: You will handle emails for the partners including reading, writing, and organising emails.
* Calendar Management: Help keep track of schedules and set up appointments.
* Letters: Write and send letters to clients with key info.
* Cost and Interest Lists: Help create and update important documents showing prices and client interests.
* Typing and Dictation: Type documents and letters from recordings.
* Invoices: Help with managing bills and payments.
* Social Media:
* Write posts for social media.
* Post on Instagram and LinkedIn.
* Make new content, like short videos.
* Choose and edit property photos.
* Announce new deals and projects.
* Marketing Tasks:
* Prepare presentation documents.
* Edit property photos.
* Create documents and presentations about properties.
* Phone Calls: Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
* Video Calls: Set up Zoom and Teams meetings.
* Office Management: Help keep the office organised.
* Team Support: Provide general help to the team.
* Personal Assistance: Provide extra help to partners when needed.

This is a casual based office but it is a 9-5.30 Monday - Friday office based in Central London.
