My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Facade Manager to join the company and assist in managing a large scale dvelopment based in Cambridgeshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience in GRC, Curtain Walling, Brickwork and QA.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Facade Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Senior Site Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Managing sub contractors

• Progress reports

Facade Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Experienced with GRC, Curtain Walling and Brickwork

• Experienced managing facade and external packages in a managerial role.

• 8+ years management experience
