The setting is centred on pupil’s development, building relationships with the pupils, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social and behavioural skills.

The school is seeking out passionate team players to take on a variety of roles. A successful Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant / SEN TA who can bring a new dimension and skill set to what can be achieved of these roles, these roles have potential of becoming permanent roles.

The successful Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant / SEN TA will have:

Experience working with children with additional needs / disabilities
Experience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behaviours
Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent
Driving License Preferred
