An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Quotations Engineer - CEM to join this leader in Electronics Manufacturing, located in West Sussex.

The position of Internal Quotations Engineer - CEM is an office based role, which requires you to be part of a team of 6 in the sales department, reporting to the Internal Sales Manager.

This is a reactive role, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for products or services based on customer requirements, with a focus on providing the most cost effective solution and highest levels of customer service.

This role requires liaison with production engineers, customers and suppliers in relation to BoM's,| and looking at alternative comparable options.

Requirements of an Internal Quotations Engineer - CEM

Degree in Electronic Engineering, HND or equivalent CEM experience
Ability to understand engineering concepts, electronic components, and PCBA manufacturing methods and drawings
Preparing BoM, Quote loading, preparing BoM and progressing for Contract Electronics
Understanding of cost estimates, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Managing incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email - strong and clear communication skills
Drive a culture of manufacturing and customer service excellence
