Duties:

Loading company and customer orders into vehicles and preparing orders to be delivered directly to farms
Operating a forklift truck whilst adhering to all safety standards
Servicing customers, delivery drivers and company sales representatives providing support and advice where qualified, in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
Placing all incoming goods in an organised and efficient manner, and identifying stock anomalies and taking appropriate action
Storing chemicals and hazardous goods in the correct manner

Person Specification:

Able to carry out a manual handling role, and be able to lift 25kg in a safe manner
Able to drive a Counterbalance Forklift, with appropriate licence/s
Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
Able to memorise stock locations
Professional towards supporting customers needs
Able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
It is preferred that the candidate has an in-date counterbalance forklift licence and experience, however training can be provided for the right candidateMonday-Friday (8.30am-5.00pm) plus Saturday (8.30am-5.00pm) on a rota basis
