James Stevens Associates are delighted to be working with a Small Housing / Charitable in West London provider that are now looking for an Interim Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to join them during a busy period.
Contract outline:
* Daily rate £400 - £500 per day (Inside IR35 / we can arrange Umbrella company set up for you)
* Initial 3 months contract (strong possibility of extending the contract for the right candidate)
* Immediate start
* Office Location- Ealing
* Hybrid working experience - role is only 1/2 days in the office.
Ideal experience:
* Year- end Experience – recent experience of drafting RP financial statements including schedules and dealing with auditors
* Experience of preparing accurate Management Accounts and related narrative reports
* New system implementation experience (optional)
* Quick learner or someone with Quick Books experience
* VAT, Corporation Tax and CIS experience
* Good communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Broad Housing Sector Experience. 5-10 years please
* Proactive and self-starter
