Project Director with a Track Record of working for Tier 1 Civil Engineering Main Contractors. Have you led Joint Ventures on Major Projects such as Metro's, Highways, Rail , Energy & Structures.

We need this Project Director to have delivered ideally 2 Major Projects across the Civil Engineering sectors handling Rail, Trams or Metro work for the Civil Engineering Main Contractor (NOT rail systems).

This person will take the full operational control of all Live Projects under construction across Toronto. You will need to have a track record and knowledge of major Heavy Civil Engineering & Rail Projects to get the full support & respect of the Project Managers & Super-intendants out in the field.

This person will report into the Board and have direct responsibility for a team of 60-90 Permanent Staff. You will have full operational control for live projects . You will not be stretched across pre & post contract . The sole focus will be delivery teams out on site and ensuring that you have the best high performing teams hitting programs and key deadlines. You will be able to drive collaboration and teamwork in a non-aggressive manner .

Business has secured work for the next 7 Years. The outlook of the economy is extremely buoyant and this is a key appointment to report into the President of Civil & Rail for the business.

The right candidate will match the following criteria :

* 13 Years Post Graduate Experience

* Degree Civil Engineering

* Clear Track record on Major Civil Engineering Projects

* Exceptional communication skills which will be demonstrated through the recruitment process with NSR Associates

* Clear experience at this level for a Tier 1 International Civil Engineering Contractor
