Are you a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic community team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work on an adhoc basis with ongoing contracts available, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in an inpatients community setting.

* Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

* Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

* HCPC registered Physiotherapist.

* Experience in community physiotherapy is desirable. but a minimum of 6 months NHS experience is essential.

* have a clean driving license

* have a DBS on the update service

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Commitment to delivering high standards of care.
