Your Shift Pattern

* Week 1: Mon-Thurs, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

* Week 2: Tues-Fri, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

* Week 3: Mon-Thurs, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

* Week 4: Tues-Fri, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in minimising downtime and keeping production running smoothly. Your expertise will drive efficiency, safety, and innovation.

* Diagnose and repair automated production & packaging equipment

* Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans

* Lead equipment installations & support operational improvements

* Mentor apprentices & operators, sharing your technical knowledge

* Collaborate with management on cost-effective solutions

* Champion safety and reliability across the site

What We’re Looking For:

* Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification OR a recognised apprenticeship

* Proven experience in a manufacturing or production setting

* Knowledge of 17th Edition (advantageous)

* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
