Key Essentials:
* As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be working alongside a Senior Q.S
* Assisting in the production of work packs. This will involve developing a basic knowledge of bills of quantities
* Provision of subcontractor contracts
* Reconciliation of subcontractor accounts
* Compiling weekly and monthly valuations of works completed
* Collecting and providing records to substantiate completed works
Requirements:
* Ideally qualified in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
* Previous experience as an Assistant Q.S
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
