We're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-driven Laboratory Technician to support vital diagnostic testing in our modern Cambridge lab.

? What you’ll do:

* Perform molecular techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, immunoassays)

* Handle clinical samples with care and precision

* Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and lab compliance

* Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team

* Maintain equipment and contribute to a safe, well-organised lab environment

? What we’re looking for:

* A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

* Strong understanding of molecular biology principles

* Previous lab experience – especially in diagnostics or clinical settings

* A team player with excellent attention to detail and a love for problem-solving
