We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telephone Business Development Manager  to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and developing relationships with a defined panel of accounts. Key Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to build and strengthen client relationships.

Deliver tailored presentations and pitches to key decision-makers.

Develop and implement business plans to maximize sales performance across a panel of accounts.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client accounts and sales performance.

Build trusted partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring ongoing sales growth.

Provide insights and solutions to meet customer needs while adhering to compliance standards.

Stay informed about market trends and challenges to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
