Senior Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join our team due to our rapid growth. This role would suit someone that has a wealth of experience in CRM system implementation, including Salesforce, across the sales and marketing space. To be able to provide the expertise that our Clients need, the Senior Business Analyst will likely to have come from a consultancy background, having experienced various companies, challenges, cultures and Clients.
Our work is nearly all in Greater London so you will need to be able to travel to sites from time to time but generally our long-standing client relationships mean we work from where we want.

Essential skills and experience for the Senior Business Analyst role:
* Wealth of expereince in a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Business Architect roles
* CRM implementation experience at a minimum of three companies
* Proven successful experience of leading large scale IT / business transformation programmes in the capacity of Senior Analyst / Functional Lead role or similar.
* Strong sales & marketing operational knowledge – with a good understanding of best practice process & systems behaviours and experience working alongside Sales / Marketing opersations team.
* Experience of owning and managing the relationship with senior stakeholders, ideally including C-level but if not - senior management & Heads of department
* Superb communications skills that balance relationship building, project progress and internal dynamics.
* Rapidly absorb complex information, processes & behaviour
* Explain challenging concepts, negotiate, influence & sell ideas to senior stakeholders
* Ability to understand complex problems, to break them down methodically and document them accurately
* Ability to facilitate effective and efficient workshops, e.g. controlling the room, stimulate engagement, drive the discussion, managing distracting stakeholders in order to keep focus & to achieve successful outcomes
* Strong process mapping skills, highly competent at MS Visio
* Good understanding of technical concepts, systems development & implementation
* Good understanding of database concepts, including database design, data modelling, querying and use of data
* Solid functional design skills
* Ability to produce professional / consultancy quality artefacts using MS office, including powerpoint, excel & word
Desirable experience for the Senior Business Analyst role:
* Data analysis experience – including analysis of existing data sources, data mapping and transformation
* Agile methodology, including user story requirement format
* Degree educated
* Consultancy background
