A great opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building service on one of their high-profile critical contracts in the City of London. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful shift engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, offering valuable training.

The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working on a continental shift pattern, days and nights, You will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3+ years in commercial maintenance.

Duties

PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
Organising subcontractors
Quotations 
Health & Safety
Logbooks
Risk assessments
Permits to work
Requirements

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering 
Apprentice Trained - Desirable
