12-hour shifts following a Pitman rota:
2 days on, 2 days off
3 days on, 2 days off
2 days on, 3 days off

We're assembling a team of exceptional Concierges to deliver 5-star service at a luxury London address. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining impeccable service standards.

? What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in luxury hospitality (5* or 4* hotel, high-end residential, or similar)
✔ Outstanding customer service skills and a natural ability to build relationships
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, service-focused approach
✔ Flexibility to cover a night shift if required (primarily a daytime role)
