Electronics Team Leader:

* Hands-on leadership role, requiring extensive baseband electronics design experience, including design, simulation and test

* Proven leadership/mentoring of an electronics team

* Strong project management skills

* Discrete component level design

* Experience designing switching low power supplies (<100W) switch mode power supplies, buck, boost, buck-boost and flyback converters

* Experience with microprocessor and microcontroller designs

* Experience in designing digital interfaces and buses – USB2, SPI, I2C, GPIO etc

* Low power circuit design for battery powered products.

* Design for EMC/ESD protection

* Conduct design reviews to ensure RF systems meet performance standards and regulatory requirements

Role: Electronics Team Leader
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £70-85K with attractive benefits package including company performance bonus (typically 5-6%), private healthcare, pension, dental plan, life assurance, early closing on Fridays (Monday to Thursdays – 8 hours, Friday – 5 hours) and the opportunity to work for a highly respected Cambridge business.
