Salary from £30,198 (unqualified), £33,278 (Level 3 +) £36,358 (Team Leaders)

We are currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers for existing and New services in Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme and Staffordshire.
We are looking for unqualified, qualified (Level 3+) staff and Team leaders.

Working on a 2 on 4 off Rota and having 4 days to enjoy the things you love and spend quality time with your family & friends with a sleep rate included.

Basic salary starting from £30,198 (unqualified), £33,278 (Level 3 +) £36,358 (Team Leaders) Inclusive of sleep pay.
Sleeps Paid on Annual Leave £55 per sleep.
Overtime rate for anything above base 171 hours.

Person Specifications:
* Level 3 in Children’ and Young People’s Residential qualification - Desirable
* Good Communication Skills
* Good Numeracy and Literacy Skills
* Ability to work on owns initiative and as part of a team
* Have empathy, understanding and the attitude and values to meet the needs of the children/young people within the home
* Commitment to promoting the rights of the young person within the home
* Hold a full driving licence - Desirable
* Commitment to own personal and professional development
* Ability to advocate effectively on behalf of a young person
* Ability to effectively report and record using electronic data software (Mentor)
* Willingness to work in partnership with Children/Young People/Families and other Professionals
* Able to liaise effectively with other agencies and professionals
* Have flexible approach to work, location, duties and hours.
