Description

Analyse financial data to provide accurate and timely insights to support decision-making.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing relevant financial data and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and provide insights on performance.
Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to track business performance.

Profile

May be studying towards an Accountancy qualification.
May have previous experience working as a Finance Analyst.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in a finance or analytical role.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Job Offer

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000
