Head of Marketing- Fixed Term Contract - London/ hybrid
A fantastic opportunity to join a luxury tour operator group, specialising in tailormade and bespoke ski and cycling holidays. They are seeking an experienced Marketing manager to join their team on a 14-month fixed term contract.

Head of Marketing Responsibilities:

Creating and developing the yearly marketing plan
Managing a team of 5, across 2 brands
Working closely with the marketing director and digital marketing manager to implement strategies to increase website traffic
Liaising with heads of departments across the business
Implementing and overseeing all customer journey automations, to ensure they are inline with the business's objective
Management of the marketing budget and monitor all marketing activities
Head of Marketing Skills & Experience Required:

Strong experience as a Marketing manager for a tour operator or within the travel industry
Experience in working in a B2C marketing role
Management experience, leading a small team
Ability to manage multiple brands
Excellent attention to detail
Strong knowledge or experience in ski holidays
Dynamic and able to work in face paced environment
Target driven, focused and motivated
