We are currently recruiting a Welsh speaking Cover Supervisor to work in a Welsh speaking secondary school in the Swansea Area. The role is to start on a temporary basis in January and will initially continue until the end of the academic year. You will be responsible for delivering pre planned work to KS3 students, ensuring behaviour and work is completed to the highest standard.

We are looking for a confident, versatile, highly motivated individual with a passion for education. We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who is confident covering a wide range of subjects and is passionate about making a positive impact. As a Cover Supervisor your main responsibilities will include:

· Supervising classes where the work has been set for you

· Ensuring all the schools standards are met to the highest standards

· Managing the behaviour of the children

· Having a positive approach to classroom teaching
