Position: Site Supervisor  

Location: Ocean Village  

Start Date: Monday, December 2nd  

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? We have a temporary role available in Ocean Village, where you will oversee critical construction activities and ensure the project runs smoothly through the festive season!

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the erection and dismantling of scaffolding.

- Oversee roofing works, external cleaning, and repairs.

- Ensure site safety standards are adhered to at all times.

- Maintain a clean and secure site at the start and end of each day.

- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.

- Valid CSCS and SSSTS or SMSTS and First Aid
