In brief;

* place a variety of perm roles from £18k - £60k in salary level

* wear different hats talking to different businesses in different sectors

* take accurate job specs, build relationships with HR and hiring managers

* prioritise between a range of roles and duties

* work alongside a team of successful consultants and contribute with ideas and cross polination of candidates/clients
