Facilities Management Lead - Workspace Planning

Suffolk (4 days/week on site)

Permanent, full-time

Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled Facilities Management Lead to optimise workspace planning and management for a major construction project. This role will ensure workspace services meet high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead workspace services for office areas, aligning with project needs.

* Oversee contract deliverables and ensure compliance with all regulations.

* Build positive relationships with partners and internal teams.

* Manage CAD and data software for workspace records.

* Ensure team competency, manage risk, and resolve issues quickly.

* Deliver monthly reports on safety, KPIs, and financials.

* Maintain high standards in safety and compliance.

Experience & Qualifications:

* 5+ years relevant facilities management experience.

* CAD experience.

* Experience in budgeting, leadership, and workspace management.

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

* Safety certifications like IOSH or behavioural safety training would be valuable but isn’t essential.

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + benefits
