We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team in Eastbourne. This flexible role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a variety of primary schools, making a real impact on students' education and development.

As a Supply Teacher, Your Role Will Include:
• Delivering High-Quality Lessons: Teach engaging lessons that meet school policies and curriculum standards.
• Managing Classroom Behaviour: Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student success.
• Adapting to Different Environments: Navigate a variety of school cultures and teaching methods.
• Promoting Equal Learning Opportunities: Ensure every student has the chance to thrive and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that align with school curriculum plans.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Adapt to various school environments, embracing different teaching practices and cultures.
• Promote equal learning opportunities and support each student’s development and growth.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain order and encourage engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with students and staff.
• ️ Current DBS registration on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
