Based close to Leicester (Around 15 mins Junc 21a M1) – Fully Onsite position, No Hybrid work available
£26 FCSA Umbrella (This role is deemed inside IR35)

Are you experienced within Technical sales & able to support a technical sales team with aiding customer experiences?
Do you have an understanding of Engineering Drawings, Blue prints and have the understanding to produce BOM’s and Kitting Lists?

We currently need an Account Specialist to support a Technical Sales team in Improving existing Customer experience.
 
You will be required to track Sales, understand where orders are in the sales process & have strong outbound customer skills
 
Essential Skills

Able to Read & interpret Engineering Drawings & Blueprints
Previous experience of a customer Facing Sales Support role
Strong skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint & other computer packages
Strong previous experience of dealing with customers during complex & some time-consuming purchases
Ability to report back to customers with updates, current situations & report any issues in a professional manner
Understanding of producing BOM’s from Drawing & Blueprints is highly advantageous (Not essential though, BOM understanding/knowledge acceptable)
Able to Track & report current progress on Orders, expected Orders & upcoming projections
Strong Customer Facing Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) 
12 Month Contract
