They are currently seeking an Associate Director in Electrical Engineering to join their Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering transformational UK infrastructure programmes and globally iconic engineering projects across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technical design teams, ensuring all work meets relevant design standards and codes.
Define project briefs, manage scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
Successfully oversee project timelines and budgets, meeting key milestones.
Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
Maintain and set high standards for quality assurance in design.
Develop and expand the electrical engineering practice within the company.
Requirements:

Chartered Electrical Engineer with strong experience in multidisciplinary design delivery.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including LV/HV systems, motor control centres, electrical installations, HAZOP, DSEAR/ATEX, and relevant UK standards.
