Electrical Engineer

£45,000 - £48,000

Our client is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team on a high end commercial property in Liverpool Street. Our client is a well renowned company in the Building Service Provider, offering necessary opportunities to progress internally,  additional training and valuable career experience. You will follow a fixed pattern of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and Reactive maintenance, liaise with sub contractors, ensure statutory compliance is adhered to and ensure the company is represented in a positive manner. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent) , at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance and possess a client facing attitude.

Duties:

PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
Organising subcontractors
Quotations 
Health & Safety
Logbooks
Risk assessments
Permits to work
Requirements:

City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installations
17th Edition minimum 
At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance prior 
Career driven and client facing attitude 
Salary and Benfits:

£45,000 - £48,000 per annum 
Monday - Friday. 8am - 5pm
