Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a contract register for all supplier agreements, identifying risks and opportunities for the Procurement team to negotiate
Support the supplier and Operations in facilitating discussion, resolving issues, improving service and promoting innovation
Coordinating and running supplier meetings to drive performance improvement
Manage and implement SLAs and KPIs with suppliers to drive supplier performance
Creating and providing procurement analytics
Supporting the Procurement Director with high-complexity supplier relationship management
Developing and maintaining excellent supplier relationships to drive performance
Support in the reporting of contract performance and supplier relationship management
Onboarding and vetting of new suppliers
About You:
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Knowledge of the procurement process and experience managing contracts
Customer-focused with a history of delivering win-win solutions for supplier and customer
Ability to build and nurture sustainable and productive relationships with suppliers
Organised and proactive
Great problem-solving skills
Enhanced computer literacy, especially in Excel and Outlook
Work well under pressure with excellent management
Fantastic communication and influencing skills
Results-driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
Excellent attention to detail
Working towards MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics is desirable but not essential
SC clearance
