We are seeking a skilled HVAP Shift Electrical Engineer to join our cutting-edge Critical Environment in the heart of Canary Wharf. Operate, monitor, and maintain all HV and LV systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including switchgear, UPS, generators, and BMS.
Conduct HV switching operations as per Safe Systems of Work.
Respond promptly to technical issues, diagnosing faults, and implementing repairs.
Liaise with external contractors, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.
Maintain up-to-date records and logs of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Requirements

18th Edition Wiring (Essential)
Inspection and Testing 2391 (desirable)
City & Guilds BS 7671 or equivalent
IPAF Certificated for 3a & 3b machines (Desirable)
HVAP qualification (desirable)
Electrically qualified
City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3
A proven track record in Building Maintenance working
Good Communication Skills.
Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV etc
Good Leadership & Management skills
