Senior Data Analyst 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our growing FinTech client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FinTech, with extensive experience using Tableau and PowerBI to turn complex data into actionable insights. This role is critical to our business operations and decision-making processes, providing valuable analysis that drives strategic initiatives.

Location: London based - hybrid working model 

Salary: £50,000 -  £60,000

Role overview:

Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.

Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Skills / Qualifications required: 

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred but not essential. 

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the FinTech industry is preferred. 

Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI, with a strong portfolio of interactive dashboards and reports.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with SQL and other data querying languages.

Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
