An amazing specialist school in Pangbourne are seeking a confident graduate or individual to join their community as a Youth Mental Health Worker. The school provide specialised education and support to children with additional needs in the Pangbourne area. As a Youth Mental Health Worker you will be collaborating with on-site Psychologists, Therapists and Behaviour Specialists to ensure the highest quality of care for the students.

The students at the school have a range of social, emotional and mental health needs and face challenges throughout the school day. As a Youth Mental Health Worker, you will be their first point of contact and provide role-model guidance, support and reassurance. The Youth Mental Health Worker's responsibiilities will include attending team meetings with specialised staff, implementing therapeutic techniques, identifying triggers and coping mechanisms and encouraging self-regulation.

£80-£95 daily wage
