Phoenix Gray Rec Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Cladding Fixer Mate to support our client in the installation of brick soffits. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in cladding and a strong willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. As a Cladding Fixer Mate, you will assist experienced tradespeople in delivering high-quality installations, ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing materials, assisting in the installation process, and maintaining a tidy worksite. Your contributions will be vital in achieving project goals and deadlines.

Previous experience as a Cladding Fixer Mate is essential.

Demonstrated experience with brick soffit installation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on site.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
