The Opportunity

We are looking for a London Real Estate Investment Consultant & Acquisitions Specialist who is not only experienced but also driven by success and eager to make an impact. Key Responsibilities
–Sourcing & Acquisitions: Actively seek and acquire high-potential residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, particularly blocks of flats that meet our strategic goals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients provided to you, while also expanding your network to bring in new business.
- Creative Listings: Craft compelling property listings that capture the attention of buyers and investors, showcasing your unique insights into the market.
- Negotiation Mastery: Prepare and send agreements while employing your exceptional negotiation skills to secure the best terms for all parties involved.
- Property Viewings: Conduct engaging property viewings that highlight the value and potential of each listing, showcasing your expertise.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and property values, providing strategic recommendations to clients based on thorough research.
- Tech Savvy: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Excel, HubSpot, and PandaDoc to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Social Media Engagement: Leverage your social media presence to promote listings and engage with potential clients, enhancing brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in property sales, predominantly residential, with some commercial experience preferred.
- Network: A robust personal network within the real estate sector that you can tap into for new opportunities.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis and familiarity with real estate software tools.
- Education:A strong educational background in real estate, business, or a related field.
